Scott Riley

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Scott Riley is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Irth Capital Management LP, based in New York. Scott is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to Irth, Scott spent nearly 20 years at Drake Management, a global macro fund that reached $15 billion in AUM at peak. He was one of the firm’s first hires from formation and helped scale and pivot the firm through several cycles. Scott was an integral part of the portfolio management team and played a pivotal role in helping to create the firm’s treasury desk, building out its internal trading, reporting, and compliance systems and working closely with the firm’s CFO and general counsel.

Scott earned his BS in Finance, with a minor in Psychology from Georgetown University, where he is an active member of the Alumni Association, serving on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of Puerto Rico. He has extensive Board experience, including the Boards of two publicly traded companies.
