Matthew Bradshaw is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Irth Capital Management LP, based in New York. Matthew has over 21 years of public market and private equity experience, during which he was involved in several high - profile transactions including the public to private LBO of Bojangles Inc ($800 million), and public constructivist equity stake (5%) and buyout attempt in recently acquired Sanderson Farms (by Cargill) for $4.5 billion.
Prior to co-founding Irth Capital, Matthew was Founder and Managing Partner at Durational Capital Management LP, a New York based, consumer focused fundless private equity sponsor. Prior to Durational, Matthew was a director and portfolio manager at Millennium Partners, a $75 billion AUM multi - strategy fund based in New York. Additionally, Matthew co - managed a consumer-focused global long/short equity portfolio. He previously served as a vice president and senior analyst at Mark Asset Management and earlier in his career, Matthew worked in consumer equity research at Citigroup’s Global Investment bank.
Matthew has served on numerous private boards of directors including Bojangles Inc and is active with various nonprofit organizations. Matthew has spoken at several consumer conferences as a keynote on consumer and operating trends in public and private equity.
Matthew holds a B.S.B.A. from Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
