Chief Financial Officer

Frank Bosco is Chief Financial Officer at Irth Capital Management LP. Mr. Bosco is responsible for financial reporting, administration, and SEC compliance for Irth’s public and private equity investments along with the management company. He is also a member of the firm’s Portfolio Committee.

Prior to Irth, Mr. Bosco was President and CFO/CCO for Watchtower Advisors, based in Greenwich CT. Before joining Watchtower in 2018, he was Chief Financial Officer at Foundation Asset Management and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Sursum Capital Management (SAC Capital spin out). Earlier in his career, Mr. Bosco spent over 5 years at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance practices.

Mr. Bosco earned his Masters of Accountancy from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
